The Boy

So, if you've been reading this Blog for any period of time, you've heard my mention of “The Boy." He is my boyfriend Dave, the most wonderful person I've ever met in my life. The funny thing? I've known him for close to 10 years and known of him since 8th grade. He grew up in the same town as me, but we went to different schools. He was a bit of a badass as a kid, so I knew him through his notoriety. It wasn't until I met him during college, when I applied for a job at Costco in Milford. He flirted with me and I was amazed that someone with such a tough reputation could be so nice and personable.

Flash forward a few years. I lived in California for a time, and he found himself in Chicago and Colorado. We both ended up back in Milford and became friendly again. APPARENTLY, Dave had a crush on me for about three years before I caught on. I know, clueless Chrysanthemum does it again. But, fate could not be fooled and we finally got together last year, right after my 30th birthday. We've been pretty much inseparable ever since.

I'm gonna marry that man!! :) Come on, he cooks AND knows rockstars! How could I not?

I know you're dying to see what he looks like. I don't have anything online small enough, but I promise that I'll hop to it! Trust me, he's a handsome devil.
